2. Engineered Precision: Setting the Standard
In wood framing, an error of 1/4 inch on the first floor becomes a nightmare by the fifth. At Camden Nations, we treated framing like a precision craft.
The Execution: We utilized rigorous internal checks to ensure every corridor, unit layout, and window opening was surgically accurate. We focused on "zero-rework" framing, building it right the first time.
The Impact: This precision "paved the way" for the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) trades. Because our walls were plumb and our runs were clear, the follow-on subs didn't have to waste time "fixing" our work to fit their pipes and wires.
