His day-to-day involves analyzing, correcting, and designing building plans, working closely with both field teams and designers to resolve issues before they become costly.
Known for his strong communication skills and deep commitment to safety and quality, Adil helps bridge the gap between layout and design, minimizing material waste and maximizing efficiency.
Adil values both the professional and personal support he's received. His most memorable moments include the close-knit relationships with colleagues and leadership—something he experienced firsthand when invited to a teammate’s wedding.
