Our layout team utilizes advanced digital technology to verify the slab and make sure that every single wall can be set perfectly on top of it.

To get that perfect layout, the team utilizes the Hilti Robotic Total Station, optical prisms, and field tablets. Integrating these tools allows us to catch architectural and slab discrepancies early, before they become expensive problems down the road. Our layout process does not just benefit our framing teams either. By marking the deck with absolute precision, we allow the plumbers and electricians to work exactly within our marks, keeping the entire jobsite moving forward without delays.

Project Manager

Meet Reuben, a Project Manager at Wagler Commercial Framing who brings over a decade of hands-on field experience to our leadership team. After years of framing residential homes and scaling steep roof slopes, a foot injury pushed Reuben to trade his tool belt for a project management role, a transition that has allowed him to apply his deep industry knowledge in a whole new way. Over the past year, he has been instrumental in helping Wagler navigate massive growth and tackle increasingly complex commercial projects. When he isn't balancing the moving pieces of a busy job site or collaborating with our team, you might find him outdoors managing a highly unique project of his own: a whitetail deer farm.
