Angie Knepp: Angie works in our accounting division, specifically for our delivery drivers and our trucking. Angie is married to Gary Knepp, and is the daughter of Ora Wagler.
Gary Knepp: Gary is one of our many Project Managers here at Wagler. Gary helps ensure that our jobsites run smoothly and efficiently. Gary is married to Angie, and is the son-in-law of Ora.
Ora Wagler: Ora wears many hats, including running deliveries all across our service area. Ora is Angie's Father, and Gary's Father-In-Law. Ora is also the uncle of our CEO Larry Wagler.
For Gary, Angie, and Ora, family is at the heart of everything they do. As a family unit working together, they don’t just see this as a company; they see it as an extension of their own home where people look out for one another. This deep sense of connection is what drives their commitment to the drivers, the projects, and the team members they support every day.
Each of them plays a vital role in moving the company forward. Ora finds purpose in protecting our delivery drivers and ensuring they stay safe on the road. Angie brings that same dedication to the office, where she manages the accounting for our truckers with precision. Gary leads from the front as a project manager, turning plans into reality and ensuring every site runs with reliability and care.
They attribute the strength of our culture to the fact that no one here is just a number. They value being part of a team where leadership cares about the individual, making it easy for them to treat their colleagues like family. It is this environment of genuine support that makes Gary, Angie, and Ora proud to work alongside one another here.
